26th & 27th July 2016

Trends move so quickly in this digital age.  L&D Professionals must keep up-to-date and informed with the latest technology and techniques or risk being left behind.  Bloom is committed to raising the standard of learning and development for L&D Professionals, enabling you to efficiently achieve better business results for your organisations. That is why we have introduced eLearnz eLab bi-annually (it will be held in between our bi-annual eLearnz Conference).

The format

eLearnz eLab is a 2 day series of 6 mini workshops, with the focus on the latest in digital learning trends, technology and design.  You will work with the best minds in the world during these hands on sessions where you will actively create digital learning items.  You’ll go away with up-to-date training methods that you can put into practice immediately back at your organisation and pass along to your team.  You will also have a lot of fun and network with respected global and local leaders!

Nigel Paine

Master of Ceremonies

Our master of ceremonies was Nigel Paine.

Nigel is a change-focused leader with a worldwide reputation and a unique grasp of media, learning and development.

He also presented one of the sessions ‘Moving from Creation to Curation, and why you should’.

Our Platinum and Gold ticket holders had the privilege of being registered on the day by Nigel and Platinum tickets participated in an exclusive Q&A with him.

Moving from Creation to Curation, and why you should, Nigel Paine.

In a world inundated with information and even with structured learning materials, rushing to create new product is not always the most effective solution.  So this workshop will take you from talking about Curation to actually developing a personal strategy for implementing a curation strategy. From thinking about Curation to actually having a go! And from random acts of curation to some kind of systematic and strategic policy that you can follow yourself or share with your organisation.

Bring a laptop or an iPad as we are really going to get stuck in!
