Con Sotidis – LearnKotch Consulting
Con is a senior learning and performance consultant with LearnKotch Consulting. In this role, Con works with organisations to assist them achieve their business goals by developing effective and efficient learning and performance strategies.
A big believer in collaboration and working out loud, Con supports organisations by providing his expertise in demonstrating the power of social learning in the age of the digitized economy.
Con’s varied background in public sector management, small business ownership, customer service industries and social / collaborative learning provided the perfect foundation for his learning and performance consultancy business.
Con is also the Learning and Performance Institute: Pathways to Excellence Benchmarking and Accreditation services affiliate for Australian and New Zealand regions. The program assists L&D departments to attain and sustain a high-level achievement by developing a pathway to excellence.
LearnKotch Consulting also offers a wide range of other professional L&D services, including leadership, training delivery, learning impact reporting as well as bespoke social learning programs aligned to the business objectives, based on a thorough, collaborative and interactive performance consultancy process.
Con is a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute of the UK, a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI), a member of the Association of Talent Development (formerly ASTD).
In 2000 he was awarded an Australia Day medal for his services to the Australian Public Sector. In the same year he received a certificate of recognition from OECD Tax Commissioners acknowledging his work in revenue administration.
In 2013 he and his team were awarded three Platinum LearnX Learning Awards for their quality eLearning programs. Given this success, he was invited to host the 2014 LearnX Learning conference.
He is also a Leadership Program facilitator for Pearson Professional Learning, delivering leadership and coaching programs to senior educators.
